Labels and notes on replays
Add labels and a note to any replay, shared with everyone in the workspace. Filter replays by label.
A new Session info card on each replay: for agent visits, the network it came from, country, device and what it did. For people's replays (only with consent), just the country and a coarse device type.
The app is now organized by question: Home, Agents, Replays, Impact, Reach, Campaigns, Tests, Issues and Reports. Every old link still works.
Campaigns: build consistent UTM links, count real clicks per link with email security scanners filtered out, and clean up broken UTMs in Google Analytics.
Reports: every report in one place, with search and stars, plus a shareable weekly report.
Impact (formerly Buyers sent) brings together visits from AI answers, agent visits hiding in “direct”, visits after an agent and forms agents filled in.
Agent directory, profiles and a live updates feed
AI insights: who reads your site (people, AI agents, other bots), why each crawler came (training, search or a person's request), how often each AI company crawls you for every visitor it sends, and what status codes agents got back.
A directory of every agent that visited, with operator logos, whether your robots.txt lets it in, and a profile page per agent. A robots.txt builder writes rules by purpose. Airglow itself never blocks anything. Our public agent directory uses the same list.
Agent and model updates now follows 42 live sources (release feeds, crawler IP lists, vendor changelogs and docs) every 6 hours, and tells you when an update affects your site.
AI crawlers that run JavaScript (OAI-SearchBot, GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and Meta's crawlers) are now recorded when they run the script.
Sites with only the script, no Cloudflare connection, now get every report, detection and replay.
Each agent visit now records the network it came from.

Copy a test prompt, paste it into any AI tool you use (ChatGPT, Claude, Dots, Muse, Instinct and others), and Airglow finds that visit, replays it and shows the answer next to it.

Agent replays are on by default. People are never recorded unless you turn it on.
Clients and opt-in recording of people
Invite a client to your whole workspace or to a single website, as a Viewer or an Editor. Clients see only what you share.
Move websites between workspaces, tests included.
Optional recording of people's visits, off by default: only on sites in cookie mode, only for visitors who explicitly agree, sampled, with every input and all text masked.
