Terms of Service

Last updated November 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Miscreants for using Airglow. They are written to be read. If anything is unclear, email support@airglow.so before you rely on it.

1. The agreement

Airglow is a product of Miscreants (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Airglow, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Airglow for a company or a client, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for them, and “you” means that company or client too.

Airglow is a business product. You must be at least 18, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.

2. Accounts and workspaces

  • You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
  • A workspace holds websites, members, a plan and billing. The workspace owner is responsible for who they invite and what those people do in Airglow.
  • Each person may own one Free workspace. Agencies can run a separate workspace for each client.
  • Tell us at support@airglow.so straight away if you think someone has got into your account without permission.

3. Your websites

You may add Airglow's script, or connect a server, only on websites you own or are authorized to manage. Before Airglow collects data from real visitors to a website, you must prove you control it with a DNS record or a meta tag.

You can also run AI tests about websites you don't own (for example, to audit a prospect). Those tests only send questions to AI providers and read public pages. They never install anything on that website or collect data about its visitors.

4. Plans, billing and AI tests

  • Free needs no card. It includes the limits shown on our pricing page and a monthly allowance for AI tests. When the allowance runs out, tests pause until the next month and nothing is charged. Tracked events above the Free limit may be sampled.
  • Pro needs a card on file and is billed monthly in arrears for what you used: AI tests beyond the included allowance, and tracked events beyond the plan's limit. There are no seat fees.
  • AI tests are priced from what the AI providers charge, plus a margin. Before a test starts, Airglow checks its highest possible cost against your allowance, your workspace's monthly spend cap and any per-website budget, and does not start a test that could go over. You pay the actual cost, which is usually lower than that estimate.
  • Prices are shown before you buy. Taxes are added where the law requires. If a payment fails, we may pause paid features, including AI tests beyond the allowance, until the invoice is paid.
  • You can move back to Free or cancel at any time. You pay for what you used up to then. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund.
  • We may change prices or plan limits. We will email account holders at least 30 days before a price increase takes effect.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Airglow to:

  • identify, track or profile individual people, or combine Airglow's data with other data to do so;
  • record people's visits without the consent the law requires, or turn off the masking that protects what people type;
  • measure or test websites you aren't allowed to, beyond the public-page tests described in section 3;
  • break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or send malware, spam or content that harms others;
  • overload, probe or get around the limits, security or billing of Airglow or of the AI providers we connect to;
  • copy, resell or rebuild Airglow, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

We may suspend a website, a workspace or an account that breaks these rules, or that puts Airglow, our customers or other people at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

6. Your data

You own your content: your websites' data, the questions you write for AI tests, the labels and notes your team adds to replays, and the reports Airglow makes for you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Airglow for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Labels and notes are shared with everyone in the workspace. Don't put personal information about your website's visitors in them.

We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

You can delete your websites and their data from your account at any time. When you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except records such as invoices we must keep by law.

7. Data about your visitors

For data about visitors to your websites, you are the controller and we are your processor. That means:

  • You are responsible for having a lawful basis to measure your website, for telling visitors about it in your own privacy notice, and for asking for consent where the law requires it, including before recording people's visits.
  • We process that data only to provide Airglow and on your instructions, keep it confidential and secure, use only the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy, help you answer requests from your visitors, tell you without undue delay about a breach that affects it, and delete it when you delete it or close your account.

8. AI tests and AI output

AI tests show you what third-party AI assistants say and do. Their answers can be wrong, out of date or different every time, and Airglow's grading of them is automatic. Use the results as evidence to investigate, not as advice, and check anything important before you act on it.

Agent detection is also an estimate. Every visit says how it was identified (signed, declared or detected by behavior), so you can decide how much to rely on it.

9. Connected services and providers

If you connect Google Analytics, Search Console or BigQuery, or run AI tests with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Perplexity, your use of those services is also covered by their own terms. We aren't responsible for those services, and they may change or stop working in ways that affect Airglow.

10. Changes and availability

We keep improving Airglow, so features change. If we remove a feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance. Features marked as beta or early access may change more and may not always work.

We work to keep Airglow available, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted. You can check current status at status.airglow.so.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Airglow and close your account at any time. We may end these terms or close an account with 30 days' notice, or straight away for a serious breach of these terms or if the law requires it. When the agreement ends, you pay any amounts owed, and sections 6, 7, 12 and 13 continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers

Except as these terms say, Airglow is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no other promises, including that Airglow will meet a particular purpose, be error-free, or that its measurements, detections or AI results will be complete or accurate.

13. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for all claims about Airglow is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud, or rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

14. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Airglow after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can close your account before then.

15. Contact us
